    These binoculars float, all right. My 6-year-old decided to put them to the test last time we were out on the boat. By the time I'd realized what happened, he said he had watched them float away. At least they're inexpensive so I can get another pair, and keep a better eye on them this time.

    They really do float! And they're really waterproof. I had to test them out when I got them because I take them to the beach a lot. Other than that, they work great too. Super clear images, and very affordable. Highly recommend!

    Yeah, the reason they float is the plastic is so cheap. I dropped them and the case split. I don't know if the warranty will cover it since I'm the one who dropped them, but it's a pain to deal with a warranty for a $45 pair of binoculars. I'll just buy something else.
